    • “ I really loved it. I felt really energised during and afterwards. I did a bit of mediation (only five minutes so far, but it's a start!) the following morning and that with the class is helping me to feel positive today. I have a list of steps to take to help me on the path to my biggest goal at the moment and I feel good! ”
